[1]The following allegations concerning the claimant’s discrimination claims are struck out:a. The respondent not providing the claimant with a properly functioning laptop in around 2020. The reason being that it is an abuse of process because it was part of an earlier claim that was struck out.b. The respondent’s restructuring in 2020 impacting the claimant. This has no reasonable prospects of success, as it is likely it would be found to be out of time and unlikely that time would be extended.
