JUDGMENT

[1]The First Claimant’s complaint of direct race discrimination on the basis that she was paid less than other colleagues (paragraph 3.2.4 of the list of issues) and the claimant’s equal pay claim on the basis of sex (paragraph 5 of the list of issues) are reserved to a differently constituted Tribunal to be heard at a later date.[2]The First and Second Claimants’ claims of unfair dismissal are not well founded and are dismissed.[3]The First and Second Claimants’ claims of direct race discrimination (other than that mentioned in paragraph one above) are not well founded and are dismissed.[4]The First Claimants’ claims of direct sex discrimination (other than the equal pay claim) are not well founded and are dismissed.[5]The Second Claimant’s belief in Critical Race Theory is a protected belief.[6]The Second Claimant’s claims of direct discrimination on the basis of his belief are not well founded and are dismissed.[7]The First and Second Claimants’ claims of victimisation are not well founded and are dismissed. 1 of 2 © Crown Copyright 2025 Case Numbers: 2306761/2023 and 2307110/2023
