JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was presented in the London South Employment Tribunal on 20 July 2025. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages of £578.50 gross, consisting of 67.5 hours at £6.40 per hour and 17 hours at £8.60 per hour.[3]The respondent must pay the claimant £578.50 in total.[4]The claimant must account to HMRC for any sums owed by him in respect of any payment received by him pursuant to this judgment.
