Miss W O Enyi v Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis: 2306558/2023

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2306558/2023
Miss W O EnyiClaimantCommissioner of Police of the MetropolisRespondent
Employment Judge WrightDate 17 November 2025

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter 06 October 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing at which to do so, as to why the claim should not be struck out. It appeared a fair hearing was no longer possible because the claim had not been actively pursued; and the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 05 June 2025.[2]The claimant has failed to make any comprehensible representations in writing as to why this should not be done or to request a hearing. This is despite Employment Judge Wright warning the Claimant that her communications have been difficult to interpret.[3]The claim is therefore struck out.[4]The hearing from 09 March 2027 - 12 March 2027 will not take place.
