Employment Judge Hyams-ParishDate 8 February 2022

JUDGMENT

Pursuant to Rule 37 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013/1237 The claim is struck out on the following grounds: ▪ non-compliance with Tribunal orders; and ▪ the claim is not being actively pursued.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 14 October 2021, the Tribunal ordered the claimant to provide certain information about his claim or risk having his claim struck out. This was the second letter giving the claimant such a warning, the first being sent to the claimant on 16 September 2021.[2]The claimant has failed to respond to either letter and has not provided the information requested.[3]In view of there being no response from the claimant, the claimant having not complied with Tribunal orders or indicated that he wishes to pursue his claim, the claim is struck out.
