[1]The claims for breach of contract (notice pay) and redundancy payment are dismissed following a withdrawal by the Claimant.[2]All complaints of race and/or religious discrimination except the complaint that the Claimant’s dismissal was an act of race and/or religious discrimination are dismissed because the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear them.[3]The complaint of detriment because of a protected disclosure is dismissed because the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear it.
