[1]This claim is one of two which has been submitted by the claimant arising out of his dismissal by Royal Mail. The first claim (2305720/2023) was withdrawn. A preliminary hearing was arranged in that case was listed for hearing on 8 May 2024 and the claim was withdrawn by email from the claimant’s representative the day before.[2]By letter dated 7 June 2024 the tribunal wrote to the claimant to seek to establish whether both claims were withdrawn and the claimant was given 21 days from receipt of that letter to respond. He was warned that if he failed to respond that the claim may be struck out.[3]No response has been received to that letter and in fact no correspondence has been received on this file since November 2023. In those circumstances it is concluded that the claimant does not wish to pursue the claim any further.
