[1]By a letter dated 5 December 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim for a redundancy payment should not be struck out because it appeared from the claim form that the claimant had not been employed for two years or more.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim for a redundancy payment is therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claim(s) will be listed for a preliminary hearing.
