JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages by failing to pay the Claimant the wages due in March 2024 and up to 19 April 2024 and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £3,650.08 being the net sum deducted;[2]The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages for failing to pay the claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken annual leave on termination of employment fails and is dismissed.[3]The Respondent was in breach of contract by dismissing the Claimant without notice and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant damages of £6,257.28 for that breach.[4]The complaint of unfair dismissal is well founded and succeeds, the Respondent is Ordered to pay: Basic award £ 18,225.00 Compensatory award £ 21,225.13[3]Loss of Statutory Rights £ 500.00 Total £39,950.13[5]The Recoupment provisions apply to this award:a.
