JUDGMENT
[1]The Claims of Race Discrimination, Sex Discrimination and Perceived Disability Discrimination are dismissed upon withdrawal.[2]The document submitted by the Claimant, attached to a letter dated 1 July 2021, is accepted as further particularisation of the existing complaint of Victimisation.[3]Upon it being accepted by all parties that the Claim Form was submitted outside of the relevant statutory time limits: a) The Claim of Breach of Contract is dismissed because it was reasonably practicable for the Claim to have been submitted within the statutory time limit. Further it was not brought within a reasonable time after the statutory time limit had expired. b) The Claim of Victimisation is dismissed because it would not be just and equitable for the time limit to be extended.
