JUDGMENT
Having heard from the Claimant and Mr Dominic Myland (Director of the Respondent) and on hearing submissions from the Claimant and Ms Jennings for the Respondent, it is the judgment of the Tribunal:[1]The Claimant was employed by John Myland Limited which organisation shall be substituted as the respondent. All claims insofar as they are directed against Mr Dominic Myland are dismissed.[2]The Claimant resigned from his employment by means of words and conduct.[3]The Claimant was not dismissed – either unfairly or constructively.[4]All claims against the Respondent are dismissed.
