Mr N DouganClaimantThe London Borough of LewishamRespondent
Employment Judge BurgeDate 21 October 2025

JUDGMENT

The Claimant’s claims against the following Respondents are dismissed upon withdrawal:[1]Colin Burgess,[2]Alison Beck; and[3]Jack Rose.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 31 July 2025, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because:  the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious;  you have not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 21 October 2024 (sent to the parties on 24 October 2024) to provide further information (Paragraphs 25 and 26);  it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 01-03 June 2026 will not take place. Approved by:
