[1]The claimant’s claims are dismissed.[2]By a letter dated 14 June 2022, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out because it was vexatious or had no reasonable prospect of success. This was because the claims being brought in this claim have already been decided by the Tribunal under case number 2302084/2020.[3]The claimant has failed within the time stipulated to make any representations in writing why the claim should not be struck out.
