JUDGMENT
[1]Mrs Angela Boas, was constructively unfairly dismissed by the respondent, Filton Brewery Products Ltd. All claims against Martin Hughes are dismissed. The claim for breach of contract, not having been brought as a separate head of claim, is also dismissed.[2]The claimant is therefore entitled to a basic award of £1,223.04, compensation for loss of statutory rights of £500, and compensation for immediate financial losses of £4,510, totalling £5,733.04. The respondent, Filton Brewery Products Ltd, shall pay these sums to the claimant forthwith and in any event no later than 26 December 2024, being 14 days from the date of this hearing.
