JUDGMENT
(1) The First Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages in the sums of:a. £205.52 (in respect of the balance of wages for November 2021)b. £106.92 (in respect of annual leave that was accrued and should have been paid in lieu upon termination);c. £200.00 (in respect of sums deducted on account of pension contributions but not in fact paid into the claimant’s pension pot);d. £213.84 (in respect of the balance of unpaid notice pay).(2) The First Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the total sum of £726.28.
