JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is not well-founded and is dismissed.[2]The respondent was in breach of contract by dismissing the claimant without notice.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £22,333, being damages for breach of contract. The respondent is entitled to deduct:a. tax and national insurance contributions due, andb. £17,500 from the net amount, to account for the tax-free sums already paid to the claimant.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant a statutory redundancy payment of the net sum of £4,283.[5]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £1,710 for unpaid pension contributions.
