JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent’s name is changed to “Simyra Limited (in voluntary liquidation)”.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded.a. The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages in respect of work performed in March 2024 in the amount of £1,086.72 net.b. The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages in respect of work performed in April 2024 in the amount of £1,634.61 gross. The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant each of the following sums in respect of those unauthorised deductions: £1,086.72 net, and £1,634.61 gross.[3]The complaint of wrongful dismissal is well-founded. The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant £6,538.46 gross by way of damages for wrongful dismissal.[4]The complaint of failure to pay compensation to the Claimant for holiday he had accrued but not taken on the termination of his employment is wellfounded, and the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £2,288.46 gross by way of damages.
