JUDGMENT

Under the provisions of Rule 69, the Judgment dated 14 October 2024 is corrected as set out in bold type below by inserting the correct date 18 October 2024 The Claimant’s claims are struck out.

REASONS

[1]The Claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £100 following a Preliminary Hearing held on 19 June 2024. The Order was sent to the Claimant on 11 July 2024. The Claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaints are therefore, struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The Hearing fixed for 18 24 October 2024 will not take place.
