[1]By an order dated 17 September 2024 the Tribunal directed the claimant to confirm by 3 October 2024 whether she intends to pursue her claim against either or both respondents, and to provide contact details. The order noted that failure to comply may lead to the claim being struck out on the basis that the claim is not being actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to comply with the order of 17 September 2024. I am satisfied it is not being actively pursued. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 8-11 April 2025 will not take place.
