JUDGMENT
[1]The title of the respondent is amended to “DKS Healthcare Limited (In Voluntary Liquidation)” to reflect the fact that it is in voluntary liquidation.[2]The claim was amended to remove Ms Kingston and Ms Niegoda as respondents.[3]The claimant brings a complaint of unfair dismissal. No response having been entered by the respondent, a liability judgment in favour of the claimant has been entered, pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the total sum of £6,500 gross consisting of; Case Number 2305697/2023 4.1. £6,165 basic award and 4.2. £335 for loss of statutory rights.
