[1]The Claimant was an employee of the Respondent for the purposes of section 230(1) and (2) of the Employment Rights Act 2010 from August 2015 until the termination of her employment on 18 August 2020.[2]The Claimant was a worker of the Respondent for the purposes of section 230(3) of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]The Claimant’s complaints of unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal are not struck out.[4]The Claimant’s claim for holiday pay is not dismissed.
