JUDGMENT
[1]The tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the discrimination claims as they were submitted out of time and I did not think it was just and equitable to extend time.[2]The tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the unfair dismissal claim as it was submitted out of time. Whether or not it was not reasonably practicable to submit the claim within the 3-month time limit, it was not submitted within a further reasonable period.[3]The claims are therefore dismissed.
