JUDGMENT

[1]The following complaints of unfavourable treatment because of something arising in consequence of disability are well-founded and succeed:a. the preparation and repetition of comments at the 12 June meeting;b. the suggestion of withdrawing agreed adjustments; andc. being placed on the support plan.[2]The remaining complaints of unfavourable treatment because of something arising in consequence of disability are not well-founded and are dismissed.[3]The complaints of failure to make reasonable adjustments for disability are not well-founded and are dismissed.[4]The following complaints of harassment related to disability are well founded and succeed:a. the preparation and repetition of comments at the 12 June meeting;b. the suggestion of withdrawing agreed adjustments; andc. being placed on the support plan.[5]The remaining complaints of harassment related to disability are not well founded and are dismissed.[6]The complaint of victimisation is not well founded and is dismissed. REMEDY The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the following sums:a. Compensation for past financial losses: £7,509.39b. Interest on compensation for past financial losses £915.12 calculated in accordance with the Employment Tribunals (Interest on Awards in Discrimination Cases) Regulationsc. Compensation for injury to feelings £20,000.00d. Interest on compensation for injury to feelings calculated £3,660.27 in accordance with the Employment Tribunals (Interest on Awards in Discrimination Cases) Regulations 1996 Total £32,084.78
