Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages in respect of the balance of unpaid wages due to the Claimant on termination of the employment and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1308.75, as claimed in the particulars of claim.[2]The Respondent is further ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £390 in respect of a preparation time order.[3]The hearing listed on 30 June 2020 is hereby cancelled.
