JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages fails. The respondent did not make unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages.[2]The complaint in respect of holiday pay is well-founded. The respondent failed to pay the claimant in accordance with the Working Time Regulations 1998 in respect of holiday that had accrued but had not been taken.[3]The respondent shall pay the claimant £112.44 in respect of 0.73 of a day of annual leave which had accrued but not been taken.
