JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s application to amend his claim to include a claim for breach of Regulation 4 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 (working in excess of 48 hours per week) is granted.[2]The Respondent is permitted to serve an amended Defence within 14 days, such amendments being limited to:a. responding to the above claim for breach of Regulation 4 of the Working Time Regulations; andb. Removal of pleadings relating to non-payment of annual leave on termination (such claims having been previously withdrawn by the Claimant).
