JUDGMENT

[1]The following complaints of a failure to make reasonable adjustments for disability are well-founded and succeed:-  Providing the claimant with a specialised office chair in a timely manner. The said adjustment should have been made on or about the middle of May 2021.  Reducing the claimant’s hours of work whilst on duty. The said adjustment should have been made on or about 23 November 2020. Case number 2305359/2021[2]The remaining complaints of a failure to make reasonable adjustments for disability are not well-founded and are dismissed.[3]The respondent did not unreasonably fail to comply with the ACAS code of practice on disciplinary and grievance procedures 2015.[1]The tribunal having already made a declaration in its liability judgement.[2]The tribunal has made no recommendation or recommendations. Case number 2305359/2021 3.The claimant is awarded the sum of £8000 for injury to feelings for the failure of the respondent to supply a specialist office chair on or about the middle of May 2021 (the first award). 4.The claimant is awarded the sum of £7000 for injury to feelings for the failure of the respondent to reduce the claimant’s hours of work whilst on duty on or about 23 November 2020 (the second award) 5.The claimant is awarded £350 for damages for personal injury (the third award) 6.The claimant’s complaint of loss of future earnings is dismissed 7.The claimant is entitled to interest on the first, second, and third award calculated in accordance with the Employment Tribunal’s (interest on awards in discrimination cases) Regulations 1996  the interest on the first award is £1685.86  the interest on the second award is £2239.10  the interest on the third award is £48.98[8]Payment of the said sums is to be within 14 days of the date of service of this judgement.
