JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent failed to pay arrears of seven days of the Claimant’s holiday pay entitlement, for the holiday year 2019, in the agreed amount of £598.99, which sum the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant.[2]The Respondent failed to provide the Claimant with terms and conditions of employment compliant with s.1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and is therefore ordered to pay the Claimant two weeks’ pay, in the agreed sum of £855.70.[3]The Claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal, for a redundancy payment and for failure to provide notice or pay in lieu of thereof fail and are dismissed.
