JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant was wrongfully dismissed and is awarded damages of £1857.32 (net pay (£97.75 per day) for the 19 working day notice period he wanted to work from 16 September 202112 October 2021), to be paid by the respondent to the claimant.[2]The claimant was not paid for 6 days of accrued and untaken holiday and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £738.46, subject to the appropriate deductions for tax and National Insurance.[3]The claim of unlawful deduction of wages for the period of 11 days from 1- 15 September 2021 is well-founded and the claimant is awarded £1353.85 subject to deductions for tax and National Insurance, to be paid by the respondent to the claimant.[4]The total to be paid to the claimant is £3949.63 (subject to deductions for tax and National Insurance on the holiday pay and wages as set out above).
