JUDGMENT
The claim for unfair dismissal is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 31 December 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the unfair dismissal claim should not be struck out because You were employed for less than two years and the Tribunal cannot consider the complaint of unfair dismissal.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The unfair dismissal claim is therefore struck out. The remaining claims will proceed.[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross/net sum of £541[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £541
