JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was presented in the London South Employment Tribunal on 02 October 2023. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages between the period 18 June 2023-15 July 2023 and must pay the claimant £1419.52 gross.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement of 4 days and must pay the claimant £292.60 gross.[4]The respondent must pay the claimant £1712.12 in total.[5]The claimant must account to HMRC for any sums owed by her in respect of any payment received by her pursuant to this judgment.
