[1]The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is dismissed upon being withdrawn.[2]The Claimant’s claim for age discrimination for the events in June 2018, listed at paragraphs 32 (i),(ii) and (iii) of the particulars of claim are brought out of time. It would not be just and equitable to extend the time for these claims and they are dismissed.[3]The Claimant’s claim for age discrimination for the events in 2021 are brought out of time. It is just and equitable to extend the time for these claims and they therefore remain before the Tribunal.
