[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages by failing to pay the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay £1,985 net of tax and national insurance.[2]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages by failing to pay the claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken holiday and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £214.38 net of tax and national insurance.[3]The respondent was in breach of contract for failing to give the claimant the notice to which he was entitled, and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant damages of £397.
