Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has not presented a response within the stipulated time.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £2,833.34[3]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions form wages and shall pay to the Claimant £2,833.34[4]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant £2,249.07 holiday pay outstanding on termination fo employment.[5]The amount payable is £7,915.75 less £1,700 already paid leaving a total outstanding to be pad to the Claimant by the Respondent of £6,215.75. 3. The hearing listed on 31` July 2020 is cancelled.
