JUDGMENT
[1]Claimant 1’s complaint that there was an unlawful deduction from his wages was lodged outside the statutory time limit when it was reasonably practicable for it to be lodged within the time limit. This tribunal therefore has no jurisdiction to consider it.[2]Claimant 2’s complaint that there was an unlawful deduction from his wages is not well founded. His claim therefore fails.[3]Claimant 2’s application for a strike out of the Respondent’s response under Rule 37(1)(b) and/or Rule 37(1)(c) is refused.
