By a letter dated 01 December 2023 the tribunal wrote to the claimant pointing out that case number 2305064/2021 appeared to be a duplicate of case number 2304875/2021, which had been disposed of by means of a judgement on 23 March 2022. The tribunal indicated it proposed that case number 2305064/2021 would be dismissed unless either party objected in writing within three weeks. No objections have been received. In the circumstances case number 2305064/2021 is struck out on the grounds it has no reasonable prospect of success.
