The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:-[1]The parties agreed that the correct respondent to this claim is Vapes LDN Limited. Mr Elliot White is removed as a respondent to this claim and substituted with Vapes LDN Limited.[2]The respondent failed to pay the claimant his four weeks’ notice pay. The respondent shall pay the claimant the sum of £1,069.20 in respect of damages for breach of contract.[3]The respondent failed to pay the claimant his holiday pay accrued on termination of contract for the 2021 leave year. The respondent shall pay the claimant the sum of £904.19 gross for accrued but untaken holiday pay. The Claimant is responsible for accounting to HMRC in respect of any tax due in respect of this award.[4]The total sum which the Respondent will pay to the claimant is £1,973.39.
