JUDGMENT
The claimant’s claim for a declaration for the respondents’ failure to inform the claimant of measures long enough before a relevant transfer under Regulation 13 (2) (d) of the TUPE Regulations 2006 is well founded and succeeds. Compensation pursuant to Regulation 15 (8) of the TUPE Regulations 2006 is payable to the claimant for a period of 13 weeks amounting to £4517.50 on a joint and several liability basis, pursuant to Regulation 15 (9) of the TUPE Regulations 2006. Reasons were given at the time and written reasons will not be provided unless they are asked for by a written request presented by any party within 14 days of the sending of this written record of the decision.
