JUDGMENT

[1]Further to the Order of 11 July 2022 the Claimant has permission to add a claim of harassment related to her disability arising from the incident on 29 September 2021 contrary to section 26 of the Equality Act 2010.[2]The Claimant has permission to add a claim that in dismissing the Claimant on 1 September 2021, it failed to make reasonable adjustments under sections 20 and 21 of the Equality Act 2010 and/or that her dismissal amounted to unfavourable treatment because of something arising in consequence of her disability under section 15 of the Equality Act 2010.[3]The Respondent’s application to strike out the Claimant’s claims for unlawful deductions from wages, and in the alternative to make a deposit order, is dismissed.
