JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum £14,068.96 (with statutory deductions for income tax and National Insurance).[2]The Claimant’s claims for holiday pay and notice pay are dismissed upon withdrawal.[3]The Claimant named Mr Simon Mycock as a Second Respondent. The Claimant was (and is) employed by the Respondent named in the title to these proceedings. For the avoidance of doubt Mr Simon Mycock is not a party to these proceedings.
