The Tribunal had written to the claimant on the 11/6/2024 requesting a response within seven days and on the 19/7/2024 as the claimant had not responded to the Tribunal’s previous letter. The claimant did not attend the hearing. As the claimant did not attend the hearing, his claim is dismissed in accordance with Rule 47.
