Financial losses: £17,133.44b. Injury to feelings: £18,000.00c. Interest on injury to feelings award: £3,830.79 Subtotal: £38,964.23 TOTAL AWARD following grossing up: £41,205.29[3]The second, third and fourth respondents are joint and severally liable for this award of compensation.[4]The fourth respondent is additionally liable for the following awards. Case No: 2304962/2020 10.2 Judgment - rule 61a. The claimant is awarded a compensatory award for unfair dismissal of £620 (in respect of loss of statutory rights only).b. The award to the claimant is increased pursuant to s.38 of the Employment Act 2002 because the respondent failed to provide the claimant with a written statement of particulars of employment. The claimant is awarded the higher amount of four weeks’ pay: £1,240.c. The claimant is awarded compensation pursuant to Regulation 15(8) of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 of £4,030.
