JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £2092.79.[2]The Claimant is entitled to four days holiday accrued at the termination of his employment. The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £262.72.[3]Pursuant to section 24(2) Employment Rights Act 1996 the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £172.68 following from the calculation of the Claimant’s universal credit payment which was based on salary being paid, when it had not been paid.[4]The Claimant’s claim for legal costs is dismissed. Reasons were given at the conclusion of the hearing and written reasons will not be provided unless requested within 14 days of this judgment being sent to the parties.
