Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimants’ wages[2]The claimants were dismissed in breach of contract.[3]The claimants were dismissed by reason of redundancy.[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimants’ holiday entitlement.[5]The remedy to which each of the Claimants are entitled have yet to be calculated. To avoid the need for a remedy hearing, the Claimants are ordered to provide a schedule of all the monies they are entitled to under judgments 1-4 above. In each case they are to set out the calulations they have used to arrive at the figures and confirmation whether they are claiming net or gross wages and attaching any relevant documents (for example pay slips). These figures are to be sent to the Tribunal by the 07 September 2020. After these figures are received a judgment will be issued.
