The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]The Claimant complains of unfair dismissal.[2]Section 108 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 requires a claimant to have not less than two years’ service to make an unfair dismissal complaint.[3]The Claimant’s claim form stated that he had been employed from 01/06/2019 until 08/10/2019.[4]By a letter dated 19/11/2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations by 27/11/2019 as to why the claim should not be struck out.[5]The Claimant did not make any representations as to why his claim should not be struck out, nor did he request a hearing.[6]Accordingly the claim is struck out.
