Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £1016.57.[2]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars and is awarded two weeks’ pay being calculated at £499.16 (net).[3]The respondent has failed to give the claimant pay statements in accordance with section 8 of the employment Rights Act 1996 in August, September and October 2022. .
