[1]The Claimant’s claim that the Respondent failed to pay him the correct sum in respect of accrued but untaken annual leave due at the termination of the Claimant’s employment is well founded.[2]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £2,418.31 gross, to the Claimant within 14 days.[3]In the event that the Respondent cannot make relevant deductions to this sum before it is paid, the Claimant confirmed that he would account to HMRC for any deductions due.
