JUDGMENT
The rule 52 withdrawal Judgment dated 21 September 2022 has been reconsidered on the Tribunal’s own initiative and revoked.REASONS
It is apparent from the claimant’s correspondence to the Tribunal dated 1 August 2022 that he expressed a wish at the time of his withdrawal to reserve the right to bring a further claim. I am satisfied that that there would be a legitimate reason for him doing so and accordingly it is appropriate to revoke the existing Judgment and replace it with an appropriate letter acknowledging the withdrawal. That letter will be issued separately (and will also incorporate claim number 2304776/2019).
