No Response having been received from the Respondent, it is the decision of the tribunal that:[1]The First Claimant is awarded:a. Arrears of pay and consequential losses amounting to £684.77b. Pay for holiday accrued but untaken at the date of termination of employment in the sum of £423.06[2]The total sum awarded to the First Claimant is £1107.83 gross[3]The Second Claimant is awarded:a. damages for breach of contract in relation to three week’s notice pay amounting to £971.16 gross ((£1528.86 less payment by the Respondent of £557.70).b. Arrears of pay and consequential losses amounting to £865.12c. Pay for holiday accrued but untaken at the date of termination of employment in the sum of £854.09[4]The total sum awarded to the Second Claimant is £2690.38 gross.
