[1]The claimant did not attend the hearing. An attempt was made at the start of the hearing by the Tribunal clerk to contact him by telephone but this was unsuccessful.[2]The Tribunal notes that the claimant has not engaged with the proceedings for some considerable time and requests for information from the Tribunal and the respondent’s representatives have not been responded to by him.[3]The claim is struck out on the basis that it has not been actively pursued.
